Donna has been a leader in Human Resources since 1988 where she began her career with Weston Foods. Since then, she has worked in various industries and supported companies across a wide array of solutions including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, employee relations, employment law & compliance, compensation & benefits and administration, payroll & HR systems.

At Forward Path Group she has been focusing on supporting clients to ensure policies and procedures are current, and recommending new approaches, policies and procedures to ensure continual improvement of company strategies and policies.

Donna has a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfred Laurier University and a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management.
